All the blazers are to be dry cleaned.
Cotton Shirts:
Washing:
- Hand wash in cold water to protect the prints. Machine washing may damage the prints.
- Use a mild detergent (preferably liquid) that is free from bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Wash separately for the first few washes to prevent any color bleeding.
- Avoid soaking for a long time, as it may cause the colors to fade.
Drying:
- Air dry in the shade, as direct sunlight can cause the prints to fade.
- Avoid wringing the fabric. Gently press out the water.
- Do not tumble dry, as heat can damage the hand prints and fabric.
Ironing:
- Iron on the reverse side using a medium heat setting to avoid damaging the prints.
- For delicate prints, place a cotton cloth between the fabric and the iron.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place, and keep it folded to prevent stretching.
- Avoid exposure to moisture and sunlight to preserve the hand-printed designs.
Modal Silk Shirts:
Washing:
- Hand wash in cold water with a mild, silk-friendly detergent to protect the hand-printed designs.
- Be gentle with the fabric; avoid scrubbing or wringing the fabric to prevent damage to the prints.
- If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle with a mesh laundry bag to minimize abrasion.
Drying:
- Lay the fabric flat on a clean towel and roll gently to remove excess water.
- Hang or lay flat to dry in the shade. Direct sunlight can cause the prints to fade and the fabric to weaken.
Ironing:
- Iron the fabric on the reverse side at a low temperature while it’s still slightly damp.
- If the prints are delicate, place a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
- To maintain the hand-printed design, fold carefully and avoid heavy pressure on the folded edges.
